Member of the Chamber of Architects of Germany, Officially registered architect (Mitglied der Architektenkammer Hessen)

Graduated from Novosibirsk State University of Architecture, Design and Arts with a Master degree in Architecture, specializing in Urban Planning and Sustainable Architectural Development. I firmly believe that an architect’s work must responsibly address the environment, society, and economy. Architecture must be active and sustainable, enabling architects to create meaningful changes that make the world a better place to live.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on several impactful projects. Two notable examples include:

  • Lakhta Center (Saint Petersburg, Russia): An 87-story skyscraper standing at 462 m, it is the tallest building in Europe and the 16th tallest in the world. As part of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) supervision team, I contributed to this Platinum LEED-certified project. In December 2018, Lakhta Center became Europe’s only green skyscraper, scoring 82 out of 100 for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The building incorporates over 100 eco-friendly technologies, including an intelligent facade that reduces heating and cooling needs by 40%, modern lighting and ventilation systems, and smart waste disposal solutions.

  • Abu Dhabi Plaza (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan): A multifunctional complex consisting of office, residential, hotel, and serviced apartment blocks set on a retail podium and below-ground levels. Its tallest tower reaches 382 m with 78 floors, making it the tallest building in Central Asia.

I was also part of the team working on IKEA extension projects in Moscow and Novosibirsk, adapting international conceptual solutions for Russia. These projects focused on environmental certifications and space ergonomics to meet local requirements.

In 2016, I joined AECOM Russia as part of the design team for the Gazprom Center in Minsk. Later, during the Abu Dhabi Plaza project, I worked in a joint venture out of the client’s prefab project office in Nur-Sultan. This collaboration with a diverse, multinational team was incredibly enriching, and the strong relationships we built with the client and team members remain valuable to me.

These experiences have shaped my belief in architecture’s transformative power. High-rise and large public buildings are like cities within cities, with a profound impact on urban life. Abu Dhabi Plaza, my second high-rise project, taught me the importance of precision, quality, and sustainability. It was all about attention to detail, fighting for every millimeter, and prioritizing design excellence and environmental friendliness.
