Chartered Architect, appropriate qualifications in Architecture - MArch

Experience of working on projects delivering multidiscipline design solutions, both greenfield and brownfield

Understanding of the project delivery all stages of design (concept, front end through to detail manufacture)

​

Leading a team of architectural design engineers in the definition, implementation and delivery of engineering work packages

​

Delivering CS&A major project solutions

​

Knowledge of Building Standards and Regulations (BS, SP)

​

Coordination of Engineering Architectural shop drawings related to Shopping Mall, Residential, and Offices buildings

​

Additional Skills:

​

Experience of being embedded into supply chain integrated teams

​

Experience in integrating families within BIM Modelling and processes

​

Experience of Design Justification, Sustainable architecture

​

Experience in preparation and delivery of Requirement Specifications

​

Design Tools:
 

Experience of CAD packages - BIM - REVIT, Navisworks, InDesign
